📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and undamaged
Original tags are still attached
Item is in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is:

Return your original item (following the steps above)
Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Defective or damaged
The wrong product or size

Contact us immediately at support@illusionmart.shop with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

✅ If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

❌ If not approved: We will notify you of the reason.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@illusionmart.shop.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to any of our supported European countries (Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and more), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must be:

In original condition, unworn and unused
With original tags and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
